The words used were from GEM: Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness.
Gratitude – Paying attention to what you have and not worrying about the things you don’t have.
Empathy – Understanding how other people feel and being kind
Mindfulness – Being in the moment and feeling calm and relaxed.
