Sydney Community Mural Workshop in Wetherill Park
Updating the content for this project soon, in the meantime, you can see a few photos of the mural project below.
Stockland Mural Workshop
Stockland advertised the workshop as getting to work with one of Australia’s leading artists Bjarni Wark aka Happy Decay.
The mural workshop was for young art enthusiasts aged between 16 and 22 years old.
They got to be involved in installing a large-scale artwork to the Stockland Wetherill Park community corridor. Students got to learn painting techniques, and visual language, in a collaborative session.
There were 2 workshops to choose from on Sunday 26th June: 9am-11am or 12pm-12pm
The meeting place to start the mural workshop was at the T-Way corridor entry at Stockland Wetherill Park.
