Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your HAPPY DECAY stickers.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we generally do not accept returns or refunds, unless otherwise agreed.

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
