Mary Quant Influenced Street Art in Bendigo
This was a street art project I was commissioned by Nacho Station for the City of Greater Bendigo Council.
The street art was roughly 200m2 in size and filled the whole area of the Piazza in the centre of Bendigo.
The mural design had to be focused on the fashion design of Mary Quant. There was an opening of the Mary Quant exhibition so the mural had to be completed for it.
Street art has also become a mural of placemaking as the design is so bright and playful that people are naturally interacting with it within the space.
While I was in Bendigo I also painted a mural out the front of the Heathcote Visitor Centre too.
